  • Bihar flood relief camp in August 2008
  • Building collapse at Lalita Park, Laxmi Nagar on  November 15, 2010
  • Bomb Blast at Delhi High Court on September 7, 2011

CATS has attended  to around 33 lakh calls  since  15.03.1991 , year wise data from the year 1998  is as under :

In addition , being an Ambulance Provider CATS has  new achievement regarding attending calls and shifting of  the patients especially during the period of   

Covid -19 Pandemic from  01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022  as per details given as  under:

 

  1. Total 559731 calls (included 41188 Covid calls) service calls have been received in CATS Control Room w.e.f. 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022 and same were attended by CATS ambulances.
  2. Total 397067 patients have been shifted by CATS ambulances wef. 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022
  3. CATS successfully handled the increased requirement of ambulances during emergent situation of IIIrd wave of COVID-19 (OMICRON) and was able to maintain average response time of ambulances up to 15 to 16 minutes by hiring additional ambulances/Cab Taxi for transportation of Non COVID/non critical patients as well as for deployment at the COVID-19 vaccination centre.
  4. From 22.03.2022, three new Basic Support Ambulances (BLS) have been inducted in CATS ambulance fleet which were donated by BSES under CSR funds.
  5. During the period 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022, CATS has operated 305 no's of ambulances & 320 no's of Cab Taxi as per details given below:
    1. CATS Ambulances; 240
    2. 2 Additional hired ambulances :65
    3. Cab/Taxi deployed at vaccination centres; 320
