- Fire at Sanjay Amar Colony near Vijay Ghat on April12/18, 2004
- Bihar flood relief camp in August 2008
- Building collapse at Lalita Park, Laxmi Nagar on November 15, 2010
- Bomb Blast at Delhi High Court on September 7, 2011

In addition , being an Ambulance Provider CATS has new achievement regarding attending calls and shifting of the patients especially during the period of
Covid -19 Pandemic from 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022 as per details given as under:
- Total 559731 calls (included 41188 Covid calls) service calls have been received in CATS Control Room w.e.f. 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022 and same were attended by CATS ambulances.
- Total 397067 patients have been shifted by CATS ambulances wef. 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022
- CATS successfully handled the increased requirement of ambulances during emergent situation of IIIrd wave of COVID-19 (OMICRON) and was able to maintain average response time of ambulances up to 15 to 16 minutes by hiring additional ambulances/Cab Taxi for transportation of Non COVID/non critical patients as well as for deployment at the COVID-19 vaccination centre.
- From 22.03.2022, three new Basic Support Ambulances (BLS) have been inducted in CATS ambulance fleet which were donated by BSES under CSR funds.
- During the period 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022, CATS has operated 305 no's of ambulances & 320 no's of Cab Taxi as per details given below:
- CATS Ambulances; 240
- 2 Additional hired ambulances :65
- Cab/Taxi deployed at vaccination centres; 320
